VOIP Go Review: Non-existent Support

None that I can think of... don't use them!!
Cons:
Try to call them & you will get to listen to music-on-hold for hours... tried calling during day, night and weekends... nobody has ever answered the phone. If you send them a tech support email, you might get a response back, but probably not!
Other Thoughts:
If you are not already an IT Professional with a very technical understanding of voip then don't use this company. Basically don't use them at all!!! They do not respond to customer support requests. The only time you will get a response from them is if you owe them money!
