Pros:

Service works as expected with reliable connections.

Cons:

Prepare to hold if you need any kind of customer service! Number porting takes two weeks and there are no updates.

Other Thoughts:

I switched from Vonage to Voicewing because they offered more features at the time. Voicewing is fine as long as you do not need their help for anything! Avoid these guys unless you can do your own service.
