World's best customer service. Very customer service oriented for technical support and customer service. Does a good job during setup. Good followup on issues. This company will respond to issues and get them fixed. Very good phone quality.
Cons:
There is no comparison between them and Vonage. Tin Can Talk and does it very well.

02/13/09Pros:
I have tested Tin Can for the about the last 30 days. The people there have been great. They maybe be the last people on eearth who give GREAT customer service to get you set up or to answer any questions!!! The audio is excellent probably 98% of the time. As with all VOIP, you have to expect a dropped call on occassion.

My cell phone drops calls all the time and the audio is no where near as good but it costs me a bunddle. Using Tin Can instead of Verizon's land line will save me about 50%!!
