Pros:

very low cost and a good customer service department have been big

Cons:

nothing bad or negative has happened with the phones

Other Thoughts:

I got my phones from ebay before signing of for voip phone service. After we signed up with Nextiva I was immediately on the phone with their technical service department and they helped me get my phones working with our new numbers in 20 minutes. Unlimited nationwide calling is what I get with my plan and the price is fantastic.
