Nextiva is ranked #2 overall

03/09/10Pros:
Low cost. Reasonable voice quality if you have adequate upload throughput like, e.g., Verizon FiOS as your internet provider.
Cons:
If you get antsy when the phone cannot solve a quality issue within 24 hours, then Nextiva is NOT for you. If you are patient, can wait a couple of weeks for minor annoyances to get solved and consider the overall cost savings, Nextiva is OK
Other Thoughts:
Getting back to Cons above... It has taken Nextiva two weeks to put the correct time and date on our phone. After two months, customers receiving calls from us still see in their caller ID "Private" instead of our company name.
I got tired of complaining and just stopped calling support.
Also, as in ANY VoIP solution, you need a quality broadband provider and adequate upload bandwidth. The best is Verizon FiOS. Internet from a cable TV company (like Cablevision) is only adequate if you have only a handful of phones.
