Pros:

Customer service is amazing. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Great features, but would like to know more about them.

Cons:

Would like a bit more documentation on features.

Other Thoughts:

Pricing is very straightforward. They told me $30 per line and that's what it's been. No confusion there, unlike the other quotes I received from other companies.
