Pros:

Very reasonable rates ($9.95 for 500 min), ATA received next day (I only paid for standard shipping), call quality very good and the web / email-based customer service very prompt. No contract, easy E911 registration. These guys are good!

Cons:

None. Everything seems to be working as advertised so far.

Other Thoughts:

The standard feature set is quite comprehensive. Additional non-standard features seemed slightly higher priced than I had expected (but not necessarily higher than other providers); but this was no deal breaker for me - and probably not for most other people, too. No contract to sign or minimum service commitment. I am very happy with ITP and expect to remain a customer for some time.
