ITP Review: Jim
12/18/09Pros:
I have not found anything good to say
Cons:
Stay away from ITP! They have horrible customer service. I ordered service and after 3 weeks of trying to get my service running and after 30+ emails and over $70 dollars later, I finally gave up. I asked them to cancel my service and refund my money. You can guess that I never got money. In fact, when I tryied to talk to a manger, I never got one. They would say that a manager will call me. Yep, you can guess right, no one every call me. STAY AWAY FROM ITP. Horrible company. Their company is about getting your money and not about providing good phone service. Stay Away!, you have been warned.
All the other users writing good review, I would question if they had to deal with a problem. Oh, by the way, you can only call them fr0m 9-5 am and no weekend.
I also would bet that ITP write their own reviews.
Other Thoughts:
Stay away

I've been using ITP for almost a year and I can’t be happier. Company has crystal clear voice quality and the price is great. A few of my friends followed me and switched to ITP as well. I recently signed up for the Softphone for when I travel and it works like a charm too.

Definitely a Best Buy.

The guys at ITP have done it! Goodbye Verizon whopping bills….. Forever! Glad I checked out the reviews first. I’m not sure how Vonage is still in business. I only found one positive review (probably written by Mr. Vonage or his mother). Anyway, after reading about 10 reviews on ITP, I decided to take the plunge. I’m with ITP for about 2 months now and the phone service is incredible. I can’t believe I waited so long before making the move to voip.

This is worst possible VOIP connection you can have. I have had it for about a year and am waiting to cancel it as soon as my contract expires.
