Pros:

My grandson got this for me to keep in touch with the family. I'm fairly computer stupid but know how to get around well enough. So far I have been very impressed with this service.

Cons:

None listed.

Other Thoughts:

I was very skeptical about internet phone service but these guys made it real easy. Support was very responsive and patient with me. It's helps alot when alot of our family is out of town and we make so many long distance calls.
