Pros:

Dont have a positive point to make about Comcast.

Cons:

I wrote a review on consumerist about these guys. Comcast was virtually my only option for phone service before finding more voip service providers. I now have no interest in using comcast and will move my telephone numbers.

Comcast Review: John Jewett

Pros:

Great quality of phone calls, you can take your phone anywhere and plug in and it will work. Easy to use, tons of features, all Cisco gear without having to purchase gear. Find me follow me works great. They also provide MPLS which we use.

Cons:

A bit more expensive then other providers but i guess you get what you pay for. The usage isnt free like other providers. they dont do month to month agreements

Other Thoughts:

Overall i think they were a good choice for our company.
