Call Centric Review: Quixote

Pros:

Callcentric is our only phone service for over 3 years. Setup does mean following multi-step instructions, but they're very clear and easy to access. The ticket-based support is *excellent*. Questions answered right the first time!

Cons:

None, now that they've upped the past statements available from 3 months to 18. Well, it would be nice if they emailed statements every month, so I didn't have to remember to look for them. No idea why they don't do something so simple.

Other Thoughts:

This company has been a pleasure to work with. No fuss, no muss. They just work. I've found the features for forwarding calls or blocking them particularly useful.

Call Centric Review: Billy

Pros:

Started using call centric about 4.5 months ago; and I really like them. I had a little trouble getting it setup with my adapter, but call centric support quickly helped me with the problems I was having and since then everything has been great. Call centric hasn't had any outages I've noticed and all calls have sounded good. I decided to ditch my landline and replace it with call centric and I've very satisfied with the results and the large savings every month. I do wish they would provide phone support, but considering my experience with their support so far it hasn't proved to be a problem.
